Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These delivery conditions apply to the realization,
the content and performance of all agreements concluded between the customer and the supplier.

1.2 All prices on printstudioparkstad.nl are stated in euros, including VAT.

1.3 Prices stated on printstudioparkstad.nl are exclusive of shipping costs.
Shipping costs are calculated in accordance with PostNL’s rates (see www.postnl.nl).
When completing your order, you can choose between different shipping options.
You will automatically receive an order confirmation, including shipping costs, after placing your order at the e-mail address you provided.

1.4 When placing an order at borduurstudio-nicole.nl, the customer data entered by you are automatically stored in our customer database.
This information is only used by borduurstudio-nicole.nl for your orders and is not provided to third parties.

1.5 Subject to price changes, printing and typing errors in the general terms and conditions.

1.8 Printstudio Parkstad cannot be held responsible for the supplied image(s) and text(s) by the customer for any violations of copy and other rights

2 Orders

2.1 printstudioparkstad.nl is not liable for errors in the design supplied by the customer or in the data provided by the customer.

2.2 The colors of prints may differ slightly from the original design or photo.

2.3 The images accompanying the products are only there to give you an impression of what a print on an article can look like,
No rights can be derived from this, photo may differ from the original product, if you are not sure, request a proof before placing an order.
There are costs associated with this trial.

2.4 After the products ordered by you have been depersonalized (both for private individuals and companies) your order is final and can no longer be canceled,
exchanged or returned, taking into account the law on distance buying (see. Article 5).

2.5 You agree that a photo of Your product may be used for promotional purposes. Without an express notice to the contrary from the customer, it will be assumed that permission has been granted.

2.6 We are not responsible for how our clothing suppliers interpret their measurements.
For example, an XL size from one brand may not always be the same as an XL size from another brand.
If you want to do this, please order and deliver your own clothing.
All costs associated with redelivery of clothing that does not fit are for the customer’s own account.

2.7 Small color differences can always occur if we accept an order from a customer who has had a previous order made by another company.
We do not know which inks, yarns, etc. they used in the production of their order.
We can only compare and approximate it as closely as possible. You agree to this when you give us a new assignment …

3 Payments

3.1 After placing your order on printstudioparkstad.nl you have 7 days to ensure that the amount you owe printstudioparkstad.nl has been credited to our account number.
Only after receiving the payment made by you will the products ordered by you be made and shipped.

3.2 borduurstudio-nicole.nl offers you numerous options for making your payment, including:

– Prepayment only by Ideal – Mollie or PayPal
– No Cash payment on delivery

You have 14 days to pay your invoice.
In case of no payment, the order will be canceled by us and not delivered.


4 Delivery and Shipping

4.1 At printstudioparkstad.nl we do our utmost to send you “small” orders (especially common private orders of small size) within 10 working days (= 14 days) after receiving the payment.
Delivery of orders with a larger size will be delivered in accordance with the agreement made with you.

4.2 All orders placed at printstudioparkstad.nl are shipped via DPD or POSTNL,
printstudioparkstad.nl is not liable for loss and/or damage to the postal items during this shipment,
since we do not take this risk (from experience), we insure every package up to 10 kg (you must first contact DPD if DPD refers you to your supplier, we would like to hear from you, too, we love monitor the shipment of your package with DPD)
(You will always receive a track and trace code of your package that we have offered to DPD),

these costs are already included in the shipping costs. This does not apply to letter mail sent via POSTNL, the standard rates are used.

4.3 All orders placed at printstudioparkstad.nl are made on arrival, if your payment is not received by us on time, your order will automatically be delivered later.

4.4 If not all items you ordered are in stock, we will inform you in time. You can then choose later shipment or cancel the order, the amount already paid by you will be credited to your bank account within 14 days. giro account refunded.

5 Remote Buying Act

5.1 On February 1, 2001, the law “consumer protection in distance contracts” entered into force,
printstudioparkstad.nl naturally adheres to the “buy or distance” law, on the understanding that given the personal nature of our printed articles,
the cooling-off period described in this law does not apply to products on which a personal print has been placed at your request.
The law states that the “Distance Purchasing” law does not apply to, among other things, goods that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications.

6 Complaints and Returns

6.1 When printstudioparkstad.nl is liable for direct damage,
then that liability is a maximum of the amount of the order placed and only insofar as this amount has been received by us from the customer.
Printstudioparkstad.nl is never liable for indirect damage.

6.2 printstudioparkstad.nl is never liable when own textiles are delivered and for whatever reason there is something wrong with this after printing cannot be complained about.
(ask for advice if you have any doubts about the purchased textile for the suitability of printing),
this risk is for the customer.

6.3 At printstudioparkstad.nl we guarantee a satisfied customer and therefore do everything we can to deliver our printed products to you in good condition and according to your wishes.
If you nevertheless have comments and / or comments on the items you have received, you must notify us within 7 working days,

6.4 Articles that do not meet the general customary requirements, are incomplete or have other shortcomings can be returned to:

Only returned items that have been contacted in advance and that agreements have been made with you will be processed by us.
Deviations in color, finish and size cannot be a reason for a complaint and do not constitute a guarantee.

6.5 When you return a shipment to us as agreed, all return costs are for the customer,
if, however, it concerns an error that printstudioparkstad.nl can be attributed to (e.g. incorrect product,
wrong printing) are the costs for printstudioparkstad.nl, you will then receive the shipping costs back to your bank / giro account within 14 days.
PAY ATTENTION! No returns will be accepted that are sent to us without postage.

6.6 Complaints are always treated seriously by us, together we will look for a suitable solution,
this could be a new replacement product or you can get your money back,
we will then transfer the amount paid by you for this product (excluding shipping costs) back to your account.
